I pick up the same person daily and yesterday when he clicked on confirm another driver popped up and he had to cancel. But I was literally sitting right next to him in my car. He re-ordered the ride and I I got it then, but I hope he wasn't charged twice. He hasn't said anything about it yet. So, also the preferred driver option would have worked here as well.

If a driver cancels, automatically request a new driver for the rider. Also, please monitor these cancelations, as they can become a big issue if not monitored.
